Nimood products are mobility assistance tools, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any mobility aid. Use of nimood products is at your own risk.

3. FSA/HSA Eligibility

Certain nimood products may qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement. Eligibility is determined solely by your plan administrator. Nimood does not guarantee FSA/HSA approval and is not responsible for denied claims.

4. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product images may vary slightly from actual appearance due to display settings.

5. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded in full. All payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
