30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@nimood.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Nimood covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid return label.
- All other returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
FSA/HSA Purchases
If you used an FSA or HSA card, a refund may require you to update your records with your plan administrator. Nimood is not responsible for any tax implications; please consult your plan provider.
Recalled Products
Products subject to a safety recall are handled through our Recall Center and do not follow the standard return process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.
