Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for an order to be processed and shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via email.

Upon handover to the delivery carrier, all responsibilities related to shipping and handling shall be transferred to the carrier. The seller shall not be liable for any delays caused by the shipping provider. For updates on delayed orders, please contact the relevant carrier directly to inquire about the shipment status.

Stander shall bear no liability for lost or damaged products once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier’s custody. Should you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
