Return Policy
Purchases made via
https://nimood.com or through Nimood customer service are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Clearance items are excluded from this return policy.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice or packaging slip with any returned product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department during our business hours to obtain a Return Authorization number and detailed return instructions.

Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer, except for cases involving defective products or mis-shipments. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will conduct an inspection to verify that all original parts and components are included. Once the inspection is completed, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued to the customer.
Return Policy Rules: Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Nimood’s customer service team immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. To facilitate the process, please have the following information ready:
- A detailed description of the damage or defect, including the condition of the package upon delivery
- The LOT number inscribed on the product
- Pictures showing the damage or defect, which will need to be emailed to the customer service team
In most cases, Nimood will request the return of the product for further inspection. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and Nimood will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Refund Policy
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your returned package arriving at our processing facility. In most instances, refunds are processed sooner, but the timeline is subject to the following factors:
- The duration required for return shipping
- The time needed for the inspection of the returned item at our processing facility
- The processing time required by your financial institution to finalize the refund
You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed, including details of the refund amount. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Missing Items Policy
Nimood recommends that all customers inspect the contents of their package immediately upon delivery. If any items are missing, please contact Nimood’s customer service team within 72 hours of delivery, and we will arrange to send the missing items or parts to you free of charge.
For any parts that may be lost over time, replacement parts are available for purchase.
